Jane Goodall speaking at the RGS

In this, the 55th year of continuous study at the Gombe Stream Research Centre, Jane talked about the early days, when she walked for miles observing the chimpanzees and used a pencil and paper to make notes, right up to date, when cutting edge technology is helping the current researchers to provide a detailed overview of chimpanzee habitats that provide the kind of resolution needed to inform specific, local conservation decisions.. The talk was followed by a book signing.
